Welcome to HustleHub Africa! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HustleHub Africa website, products, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing and using our Service, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.
A one-time activation fee of KSH 1,000 is required to unlock full access to all features, including referral programs, spin-to-win games, and educational resources. This fee is non-refundable.
Our Service includes a referral program. You can earn commissions by inviting new users to the platform who successfully register and activate their accounts. Referral commissions and bonuses are subject to the specific terms outlined in our referral program guidelines, which may be updated from time to time.
Earnings accumulated on the platform are subject to our withdrawal policy. Minimum withdrawal amounts, processing times, and available payment methods will be clearly communicated within your user dashboard. We reserve the right to review and approve all withdrawal requests.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. HustleHub Africa makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall HustleHub Africa, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
